Enrollment in the CDC is available on an ongoing, first-come-first served basis. If you or someone you know are interested in enrolling a child into the CDC, the following steps must be taken in order to qualify for enrollment:
1. Parent contacts the CDC to determine if a slot is available for the child.
2. Parent completes application and medical forms (including immunization history of the child).
3. Parent has pre-enrolled conference with the Director. We require that the parent and child visit the CDC prior to enrollment.
4. Once accepted, parent pays first month’s tuition and registration. The tuition and registration fees are non-refundable.
