• 2 cup – oats
  • 1 medium – apple
  • 2/3 cup – applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 1/3 cup – almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon – chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon – cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon – maple syrup, pure
  • 1 dash – salt
  • 1/3 cup – oats
  • 1/4 cup – flour, gluten free
  • 2 tablespoon – maple syrup, pure


Make it

1.  For the oats: Place all ingredients in a large tupperware container or bowl. Mix until everything is combined. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours


2. For the topping: Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix with a fork until combined. Notes: Oats will stay good sealed in a container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
